Between April 12th and April 14th Company made

1) Lots of advertisements in "The Age" and "SMH"

2) During same time company made presentations in Melbourne and Sydney.

3) An ASX announcement about Company Presentation was made which also states "Drilling on M12 is scheduled to commence in April 2011".

No Drilling ASX announcement came on 20th April, just three working days after presentation.

Unfortunately largest shareholders sold its stake in both companies(ORO and DMN) on those news and presentations. ( i.e. Between 12th April and 19th April).

Nothing is wrong with largest shareholdersselling its stake. but timing was trivial.

But ASX announcement "Delay in Drilling due to heavy rain in the WA interior" came after largest shareholders disposed off its stake.

That is a worry.
