Suggest that you request information from PEL repeatedly in writing. ie develop a paper trail. 'He' has evolved to be past embarrassment.
I got out of PEL a long time ago with a 20% profit only because I was tipped by a friend regarding the past behaviour of the management. Only good luck on my part.
Had not looked at the PEL thread for over a year. What I saw did not surprise.
