You might be right. Certainly until we see some clarity I will also be running on the premise that I will probably end up with all I have appetite for via whatever rights issue comes along. Likely to top up the rest on any associated weakness, whether that is higher or lower than $3.70
Clarity is the key. I hate buying or selling without it.
