Sorry but going to hve to have to be another who disagrees here.
Even if youre point holds up that management is capable in theory, the fact of the matter is that shareholders only see reward through tangible results. So take a look at the rolling average of the stock price of the last 5 years and you could pretty well change the y-axis to shareholders value placed on high level APG staff. Very simply put.... this is because there is NOTHING else to go on, there is no product developed, no funds in the bank, no JV, no licence agreement, no plan to market (that SH no of).
At another company management can sometime hide behind the day to day happenings of the company as there are other things for SH to focus on. Maybe MT is a great worker and a great person but until he translates that into TABGIBLE results, a majority of shareholders will not be happy until that happens.
Finny how that is, a SH will only be happy once the SP starts inflating.
