The AGM is in November and we will have to vote on the agenda.

I don't think we can continue to support the company anymore given the way things are and the history all at the direction of MT.
So I ask one question :
Is it n the best interest of the company and shareholders for the MD to resign as part of the process to rebuild faith and trust.
I am sure he would provide his services as a consultant if the company needed him to.

Sad that it had to come to this. Not sure if there will even be an AGM - more probably a wake.
At least those smart enough to sell will get a tax loss before the final curtain.
