Management AGM MT stay or go

The AGM is in November and we will have to vote on the agenda.

We can all see the current situation of the company and performance by the MD over the years.

Talking to other shareholders I think the MD needs to step aside so the process of rebuilding faith and trust back in the company can start

I don't think we can continue to support the company anymore given the way things are and the history all at the direction of MT.

So I ask one question :

Is it n the best interest of the company and shareholders for the MD to resign as part of the process to rebuild faith and trust.

I am sure he would provide his services as a consultant if the company needed him to.
