This stock is going to end up being wound up. Mark my words.
It was bad enough having 4 directors doing nothing and getting paid big bucks. Now we have 6 directors 3 from Malt & 3 from existing board now all getting big bucks. And nothing will happen with this stock because they will never see eye to eye and agree on anything that will benefit us share holders. This stock at best is going to get bought out by AGL for next to nothing. We will be forced by the directors to except the offer and they will all get comfy jobs with AGL to manage Galilee.
The special meeting was a waste of time and not to mention waste of the companies money.
