yes and no - im am merley saying the OLD board have NOT done the right thing IMO given their antics with the appointment of a NEW Director miniutes before the resolution of 3 new Directors wherby it could be argued IMO they knew the outcome anyway and have questionsably not follwed IMO due porcess....? let alone resepct that of the sharholder vote?
this is NOT about the new board, that of the exisitng Board minuteds bfore the meeting. so my question to you kiwitrev is why you are so + to the Old board given this conduct?
