why would they appoint a Director - moments before a Share Holders meeting to appoint [or otherwise] 3 more Directors...... Ask youself the qustion...?
What the exisitng Board has done IMO is unethical, wrong, slap in the face fro SH who were voting on the day and not in the best interest of all sharholders..and contiues to cost [read waste] this company money in paying for advice, legals etc and continues on...
And you say they have done no worng... Hmm im interested in how you see that?
