i do not know anything other than what is published as watching closely as not a shareholder yet of gll - but if you look at the recent evetns, timeline etc- it certainly appears to me IMO that the company will not go forward unitll the leaders are focused for SH benfit - having no skin in the game, taking large fees for no sucess is just not right, IMO. hence things need t change and then when pushed for change, its appreas the resistance is somewhat self centrered - IMO ?

therfore i agree with you both, but embrace the change, support it as the past has ben more than a waste of time and money for a very very few to benifit.... then the company may well flower
