can anybody please explain yesterday update on the reported oil we may or may not have? it seemed to vary between 4 and 42 with best estimate at 12 does that read correctly? are they saying that they think there are 12 in the ground but could best case scenario be up to 42? or am I misreading the whole thing. thanks in advance for the answers. good luck to all of us its been a long time coming.
