i think you will find that it is about the capital raising that failed to achieve the full take up. this announcement could mean they have found a buyer for the shortfall, I do not believe that there is anything else in this, or that they are going to extend it once again, once again I do not think that this is the case. lets hope its positive its all been taken up and we can move forward and upward for a change.
