richee - given past contract failures market is unlikely to get excited on news to date and wont give the company any benefit of the doubt. As milestones are reached confidence should increase. Next milestones will be:

confirmation of execution of the Malaysian contract: by end of March.
invoicing for malaysia and maldives: likely this current half.
receipt of payment for invoices: first payment from maldives this half (?) and Malaysia this or next half (?),
China contract restarting under new arrangment - this half (?)
receipt of payment for China invoices - next half.

Im not saying these milestones will be achieved as no one can say definitively either way. however im hopeful that the new management will deliver. One thing is for sure the company appears to be in a far better position now than 6 months ago when the next milestone was still getting their first contract.

We shall see.
