"$110 million. What part of ROC could they buy for that?"
Mongy they could buy a lot more than you have right now but that's not a lot eh?
They could also buy a lot more than Horizon can stump up cash for Roc it would seem since Horizon are not offering me a cent for my Roc holding that they are attempting to fleece from me.
But wait there is more: then, according to Horizon management they intend to gift themselves and all Horizon holders all our Roc cash as bonus dividends along with our Roc Franking Credits.
But that's okay Mongy it was all yours to have; help yourselves Mongy after all we're equals apparently and what's mine is yours and what's yours is your own!

How about this Mongy to be fair?
Instead of us giving you 58% of a new ROC instead of an actually fair valued 54% [as per Deloitte's Independent Report] what say we do a deal the other way around and we ROC holders get 50% instead of Deloitte's fair valuation of 46% and you HZN get 50% too.
So we get the 4% value variation bonus this way, not HZN, and we generously throw in the undervalued Franking Credits for free?
    Sound okay Mongy?
I can hear your shriek already.
It was okay and unquestionably fair for you to get an extra 4% above fair value but is not okay the other way around I bet!
