CLIQ Energy is more substantial than that. It listed as a Special Purpose Acquisition Company (SPAC) under the KLSE listing rules and has US$110m held in trust for a Qualifying Acquisition (QA) which must be completed within 3 years of listing. Having said that, ROC is really well beyond CLIQ's reach on its own.
Interesting to note that Andrew Young is on the board of CLIQ, also NGE and was a former director of Anzon (ROC's forgettable acquisition!)
NGE: Andrew Young serves as Non-Executive Director, and has extensive oil and gas industry experience having held technical, management and board positions in major and small Exploration and Production and contract service companies. He is a Director of Cue Energy Resources Ltd, Real Energy Corporation Limited, Cliq Energy Berhad and NSCA Limited. He was previously a Director of Anzon Australia Limited, Anzon Energy Limited, Digitalcore Pty Ltd and Century Drilling.
