In this part of the world, pace of play has its own meaning, and any attempt by an outsider to hasten the action will be doomed to eternity. I haven't heard kkl making excuses; they have no reason to. They have never given a timeline that I can remember. In fact, other than trials under way there has never been any substantive info about Malaysia going ahead; although I could be corrected on that.
