IMO I don't think they'll get another 4c warning shot this time around - the lenience they've received with the various 4c responses and the repeatedly inaccurate 4c forecasts has to run out some time.

I'd've preferred they went into voluntary suspension until they had something to say - but that boat has sailed. That would've been justified IMO and could've saved them a significant loss in MC while the low volume slug continued.

It seems they're all disconnected from each other, and disconnected from their listing.

And did someone confirm that Changchun was a bust? I can't remember...
