With these problems in Malawi, I can't see how any investor big or small would think of selling to PDN.
Any delay in PDN's offer pushes the deadline past the ALP conference.
Great JORC to come also, which should increase SMM's value. IMHO.
IMHO, that is why PDN is playing hardball, out of desperation, pis@ing off the SMM mangement, and trying to cram this offer down, before SMM starts to looks better, and PDN starts to looks worse.
