Slowly but surely its going up; but yet again don't get too excited...it could all come down again, and we might see TOE prices lower than 2.7 cents. Nobody knows which makes it a level playing field. No ground floor opportunity or angel investor bullshit. Its a level playing field. NOBODY KNOWS WHEN the 101 economics hit the boom cycle. But current prices are a buy opportunity for a long term strategic play.
