This could explain the recent sell-off and lack of mention of Paid by Coins in the recent company update. Also a former update seemed to indicate discussions were being had regarding an acquistion which then ceased.

In any event it is good to see that MBM is reacting positively to an acquisition in the same space as us.

Ah okay interesting , but didn't they say in the latest update that an ann on Paid by Coins would be ann shortly ? I'll have to read again .
