Corporate action, you're kidding right.

The top 20 holds something like 80% of the issued capital of ADU - with Robert Gardner controlling a third of the shares.

If you remember what happened with Gilt edged some years back you wouldn't think Gardner would be willing to concede this project with relatively little work done and so much potential.

I'm in ADU, but will hang out for the long term. Possibly 3+ years until we'll see any substantial revenues. To hope for a takeover anytime soon is wishful thinking to me.
