BPT announced this morning that if the TDO TO succeeds then that will violate the conditions of the BPT takeover of DLS.

We have a boardroom fight in progress.
A new MD
A Retiring Chairman
New board to be appointed
Takeover of TDO
Takeover by BPT

This is all hot on the heels of a merger of DLS and GOG.

There is more to this than meets the eye. That's not to say that BPT won't mount another bid. I think most DLS holders would like to see DLS get up and become a producer and a stand alone self sufficient company.

Lots to think about and analyse.
