BPT are likely to waive the "non issuing of DLS script". Why? because if DLS take over of TDO succeeds, and BPT takeover of DLS succeeds it is unlikely to change the capitalisation of BBT by more than 1% (compared to case where BPT buys DLS but DLS does not succeed with TDO. Small biquis in the scheme of things. Furthermore. TDO s/holders are more likely to convert their new DLS shares to BPT. BPT will like that.
Perhaps it was BPT's intention all along, to take over TDO as well. They certainly would have funds to get TDO'lucrative project up and running.
Apparantly they are now very cashed up.
IMO DLS takeover of TDO is a forgone conclusion. and in that case
BPT taker over of DLS is a forgone conclusion. .
