I don't hold TDO but hold DLS. I suggest you have a look at the BPT announcement today. A defeating condition of the BPT T/O for DLS is the issue of additional shares which would happen if DLS T/O TDO. Therefore I do not believe TDO will get you an entry into BPT....at the moment anyway.
