Well, by moving to the OTCBB the company appears now to be free of requirements to 'inform the market'. Given the failure of trading to begin thus far, and a the previous poster mentioned, lack of information on how to trade, it seems that the company is certainly not viewing informing its shareholders as being of great importance. A few more projects on the USA website would help (if the projects actually exist).
