    So I gather that CBD was cleared to trade on the OTCBB as CBDNF http://www.dtcc.com/~/media/Files/pdf/2014/2/6/OTC-025.ashx but that no-one could be bothered bidding for 'em on the first day? Even CBD's own market maker wasn't active?
