Hopefully management will be correct and CBDNF will trade at a premium to the $2.20 post-reduction price after the 200:1 reduction. In wild dreams there may even be a premium although the $34/amalgamated share (17c/share prior) suggested by one blogger seems hopeful. Am I correct that CBDNF's only US project is the 300kW New Jersey school rooftop installation? And that CBD only got a quarter of the job, with Nautilus picking up management of the whole 1.3MW project?
