Hello Mr Simpson, last night I pondered over the facts and your statements. As you know I’m pigheaded and don’t give up until a matter is resolved.
You state “The annual accounts published are fully correct” ………. I’m sure they are. Then is the following correct for Mr Arvind Misra? 2014 Wages $400,000, bonus $191,667, Leave entitlement $49,779, consulting fee $164,413 = $805,859 (Yes or No) 2015 Wages $400,000, the bonus not yet decided, Leave entitlement $40,603, consulting fee $166,480 + 25 million shares at.005c ($125,000) = $732,083 ( is this correct, yes or no)
You can be sure that shareholders will be taking a dim view if Arvind is paid another $190,000 odd in bonuses, on top of his allocated 25 million shares.
Can you explain why Arvind’s consulting fees have only started AFTER the first strike no vote on the 25th Nov 2011?
How much does Mr Misra charge per hour for consulting fees? Is is $1000/hr, $2000/hr or is it $5000/hr? Nobody knows.
It does takes a considerable hourly rate to add up to $166,480/pa over and above a salary of $400,000pa.
Rest assured that I will continue to look for answers, I don’t give up. I will be back.
I suppose while we’re at it we might like to look at the marketing fees you charged Territory Resources when you were Chairman. I guess nobody on the IRL forum would know about those. You may not realise it, but I've been watching your handywork since the ConsMin days.
