Value of stock on hand?

Difficult to say, but assuming they haven't sold any, though I recall reading an announcement in September stating sales had commenced outside russia at prices above baseline of $3000 a course. Of course I have no idea how many courses they have sold, but some-one who went to the AGM would be able to let us know so we can deduct this number from the published stock mentioned in the AGM document.

In September they claim to have made 7 kilograms
In October ---------------------9
In November -------------------12

Total 28 kilograms of ropren (less the amount they have sold outside russia?) Must have been insignificant or they would have disclosed it IMO.

So it takes 5 grams to make a course.. so they have 5,600 courses of ropren.
Cost per course inside Russia = $1125 US.

Stock valuation $6.3 mill US.

Though I would love to be wrong about the amount of sales outside russia and am not convinced even this valuation is accurate.
