Obviously rent paid by the company to the 2 founding executives is a way to remunerate them outside of director's fees and consulting fees. DK's company does strategic stuff and DR VS clinic does medical consulting stuff - these guys have families and mortgages too i spose.
I notice in the accounts one hundred and twenty plus grand for R&D grant - they must be due for that again this fin. year judging by the expenditure revealed on trials.
