    I won't be taking up the share offer as I believe in following the old adage(s) ....the trend is your friend,

    and

    something about sending good money after bad.

    If a share price has fallen from ~ 20c to 1.5c and the company urgently needs to raise money then its possibly trying to telling you something ??????
