I have spoken to the directors in the past and they always paint a beautiful picture. Fact is they are extracting very high directors fees in a startup company. Eventually they, the directors will probably be in possession of a very profitable operation. Somewhere out there there could be a big bucket of pearls. I am not sure but I think you need Aborigonal approval to even go and see the location.

it's not outside of possible that they could finally when they are about to actually make a profit to have an issue (when everyone thinks they are going down the gurgled) and have the directors end up with most of the company for very little.

If you keep having issues diluting the shares then a small group could get a substantial part for very little outlay. The bucket of pearls is the key.

I am not completely sure but I think a good string of pearls is worth over 100 grand. That's why the bucket is so important.
