Well by that information it does not look like Oilex are going to settle out of court and go down fighting. A loss for Oilex is going to go down very badly IMO and then it might not be just about paying Zeta their money. If misconduct is proven Oilex might be exposed to fines and investigation by the regulator. Not to mention could there be a possibility for jail time for Ron with all this information being revealed? I am guessing he will likely flee the country before any criminal proceedings take place in a worst outcome scenario.
