Burdenboy, many thanks for that. Yes, it sounds like you do have similar company law to us in the UK. i.e. with a 25% shareholding one can perhaps block things like capital reconstructions, etc., which perhaps require a 75% vote, but I am no lawyer either.
I was just thinking if this figure 75% threshold figure conveys additional benefits (whatever they are) then the MAK offer should have been constructed to offer a higher reward to BON holers as each threshold is passed. It seems like we were just offered a utterly puny increase for two thresholds being passed: 75% and 90%.
And of course I am suspicious the real goal of the 90% target is not that at all but to obtain 75%.
