You are referring to full takeovers where 90% is required. I am talking about passing a special resolution to reconstruct or delist on the basis of there not being enough shareholders, or the stock being too illiquid etc etc. Apparently these sort of things can be blocked by a 25% rejection. If you own 75.1% then it paves the way for greater control.
Am I excited? No, I really don't care too much, MAK basically have control of BON anyway now with 69% of the stock.
