major technical jump coming - this is big, page-20

Could just be rhetoric and Chapmans waiting for the tap to become a grab hence the initial downsizing of white range.Capex was supposed to be $25Mill but now hes talking bringing that way down.Perhaps BFS is not as good as hes talking it up to be.Not sure how Constellation would react to a buy out though.If the price was right they'd like it.But if its the Chinese I wouldnt expect too much of a deal.They better not give it away!Too much has been done on the back of Aussie investors.
