No I'm not a minning engineer but I have taken the time to carefully read the announcements.

I also did some sensitivity analysis on the Charlie Creek potential a year or so back. The results came within the parameters I set.

My background includes Law, Economics and Valuations.

The main point being don't rely on what I say but you might use it to open areas of personal research that you may not have considered.
