An approval, hmmm. Must say I like dealing in facts as they are hard to argue against.

Here's a couple of facts which once combined, I find difficult to get my head around:

1. ROG have stated that DPI have granted approval for Talma production testing within PEL457 (temporarily ignoring current lack of approval docs on DPI website); and

2. Current Petroleum Titles (01 May 2012) listed at the following link shows the title for PEL457 as "expired" as of 30 April 2011.

My query:

How can you be given approval when you don't currently hold an entitlement? Am I missing something? As far as I am aware, there has been no announcement regarding an application for extension.

Slightly confused over this one. Might need company clarification.....
