Main Concern

For this stock, its share price definitely look attractive. with no debt, big chunk of cash flow sitting on the desk- not much risk on the business wise for current share price.

However, the biggest concern is the class action. Yes, in normal circumstances, the class action normally takes few years to complete and hard to tell which side will win the court case at the beginning. It is important to note that SRF management has admitted about their selective briefing prior to profit downgrade.

The potential class action is $500M. Even $100M law suit will be more than enough to burn all SRF cash on hand. It is your guess for whether the POTENTIAL class action will go through and whether SRF has a chance to win! Seriously, I have no idea at all, why the management to carry out the selective briefing in the first place prior to the announcement of profit downgrade - this is so wrong!

Please do your own judgement wisely!
