"We are making good progress with financing but I can not give a commitment to a completion date until negotiations are complete. As you are well aware the current financial markets are very volatile which has impacting on our timeline. As soon as funding is in place we will begin construction.

I will get the web page updated with new photos etc in the near future.

I can assure you that Deutsche bank securities are a strong shareholder whose holding has increased recently to just over 7%. They are a nominee for some international funds."
