From the maiden dividend announcement:
"Tribune’s strategy is to begin distributing regular returns to shareholders without compromising the Company's priorities for cash reserves."
Your guess is as good as mine, but given the continuing strength of the EKJV clearly shown in NST's recent announcements and the strong cash/gold position of the company, the comment above suggests that it is a strong possibility - maybe even earlier.
