The reason there are no Oz banks involved is because they were not invited !!
They would be giving their eye teeth to be involved.

There you will find the LOI on the project concentrate is 2.3% ; BUT it has a pesky - sign in front of it.
What does the hyphen mean?
This is the key to the whole project that you and Aussie Joe can't or will not answer.
