Well if we are expecting commercial flow rates I would expect that offer to be more than 15 cents. 15 cents would be on the low side if it is below expectations. Really it is a waiting game now and making sure if you are investing or already a holder that you are getting your information from the correct sources because as some have suggested manipulation of the share price is rife around this stage. How bad would you feel if you sold out because of speculation for OEX to shoot above 20 cents on commercial flow rates? That would be almost a loss of 100% from the current price if everything turned out well.
