Yes apparently someone's friends in Delhi are spreading rumours like wildfire. Gotta love it. Fact is, if OEX have anything of value here in this drill then as much as Magna might want to pick up OEX for under 15c (if we are to believe this), it's not going to be up to them to decide. The investors will decide and I'm pretty sure most are not looking for 15c. Rumour of a takeover would push this well north of 15c on its own.
