BD do you still have the link to that alleged false material or news outlet? Also if OEX was going to be delisted wouldn't trading be suspended? Unfortunately we see a lot of this in the market only for the stock to go back up once who ever has had the fill get in at the expense of investors that do not read the official announcements.
