Who owns KDL besides shareholders? Guessing a secured creditor has cut a deal to oust any shareholder influence , with the knowledge of future success. Getting rid of shareholders prevents VA which would tie up time and money with the same outcome for Creditors slash now investors. An investor/ X Creditor can easily cut deals without ASX scrutiny , unsecured creditors gone,(shareholders) ,some more investment in ,almost complete production, and enjoy the fruits of lost investors labour. Sorry to be un trusting but seen it happen before without delisting and it dragged out. This looks like a short cut. PC aint in charge is he?
