that 7mill is after first installment to TABcorp (already paid)...an upfront payment of 3.2 mill

i just realised after re-reading they are guaranteed the return of their outlay before they have to split it with foxtel
'Two Way will retain 100% of this fee until it reaches a total of $5.6 million, after which Two Way and FOXTEL will split the fee equally'
