Part of my job as is to prepare claims for contractors and assess them for the owners team.

All forge need to do is keep the notifications and claims flowing in, and put the Principal on notice that due to the outstanding eot claims they are accelerating the works to meet the date for practical completion (constructive acceleration).

Rio is a slow organisation and wont be able to keep up with an astute contractor. The claims can be taken out of their hands by referring them to a bscipa adjudicator whose decision usually favors the contractor and is good for getting the cash flowing.
