my view is that there would be many distressed property funds waiting in the wings to take up the properties at 40c in the $1 - just as the case was in the US ...... remembering those times of massive opportunity brings back great memories ....sorry back to my point - I think you are 1. scaremongering and 2. still showing you don't truly understand the mechanics of how the platform works - can you do us all a favour and call the CEO and let him explain it to you or do you just want to hide behind your keyboard?
