nice article inchiquin. This is the company with incredible potential but also some risks at the same time. I remember when I invested in FRM Farm Pride Foods back in 2013 and few months later chicken influenza blew out nationally and millions of chickens had to be killed. I freaked out back then but this is the risk with agri stocks - yes the Volcano may erupt and burn all the orchard who knows. But to me e.g the bigger risk and more probable to happen is massive debt of CBA linked to mining companies and housing mortgages which probably wont be paid off... but volcano... who knows.. maybe yes maybe not.

I recently found out about their orchard being largest in the world when I bought Macfarms chocolate macadamias, it states that on the package. The products itself are amazing and I like the fact they are going global with that brand not just limiting it to USA.

I agree with your points, BUG should buy an orchard in Australia. In my opinion they should raise around 36 milion capital also with external investors e.g pay off 21 mil debts, use 5 mil for sales and npd national and global expansion and promotion, use 7 milion to buy nice orchard/s in Australia and further 3 milion to further restructure the business - redundancies (420 employees is too many for 80 mil revenue business) and OCF cost improvement.
That would make the company around 70 milion equity without the debt with 100 milion shares, which would hold company at 0.700 and monumental potential, clean and healthy.
I am really looking forward to see the sales results in H2, so much going on nationally and globally, it has to pay off - macabella, ginger beers, liquor, china....
